definitely briefs.

somewhere in that picture my friends, is david beckham. omg. thank goodness for binoculars. now i know that he is a briefs man. my dear friend denise caught him bending over and informed me of the fact. lovely.

last night i attended a sold out soccer game. dc united played real madrid. it was really amazing. i don't think they brought their A game but it was still pretty good for an exhibition game. and seriously beckham is just plain hot. a man in a soccer uniform is one thing, but beckham in a soccer uniform? perfection ;)

i leave for london two months from tomorrow. today's news makes that reality a little less exciting than it should be. it is the trip of a lifetime for me and i know the reality of the world we live in. i'll still be on that plane and i'll still be praying for peace.

Beckham is pretty hot.

Recent news I just find depressing. I'm praying for peace along with you.

Oooh - Beckham is so pretty! Feeling some envy...

I understand what you mean about feeling apprensive about travel - but hopefully, two months from now things will be safer than ever. (Coincidentally, I was in London last year, just after the first subway bombing occurred, but before the second one was thwarted. It was a very odd time...)

Bubba is in NY this week, he was supposed to come home today - but now I'm hoping for tomorrow....

Amy,
Please don't worry about your trip over here, I'll be at the airport to whisk you away to the seaside..... Will the thought of a bag of Maltesers waiting for you help??

Gosh! GOSH! Becks rules - what a man!!! The body! The eyes! That must have been one amazing game, wish I could have seen it too!
All the best of luck for your trip to London - I'm sure in two months things will have calmed down a bit again, at least you won't have to face that extreme chaos on the airports then anymore. I wish you a good and peaceful trip, and have a wonderful time in the most beautiful city!

Okay the Becks CAN'T wear briefs. Ewww...maybe he just needs a little more "support" when things are jiggling around while he runs? Yeah, that's it.

I have to go into London next wednesday for a hosital appointment and i have to say recent news has made me slightly nervous. I am meeting my Mum at the coach station and she has said that she will pay for us to get black cabs everywhere as she doesn't fancy using the tubes. I don't normally mind London, in fact i usually love but if i could put the appointment off i would.
Hope you have a great time in England, the weather at moment is a bit drab but it is due to get better soon.
