You can make an impromptu pom-pom maker.
Figure out how big you want the pompom. Cut 2 pieces of cardboard to half that width. Wrap yarn around both cardboard pieces held together. Use a needle to thread some yarn between the layers to tie off one end of the yarn wraps. Use scissors to cut through the other end.
Of course, if your scissors are packed, you may have a problem.
Super cute! And you can definitely construct a pompom maker out of cardboard, especially since you seem to have a few boxes lying around :)
You look adorable! Maybe it doesn't need a pom pom?
It looks cute, anyway! love the pink/green ;)
It's very cute....then again all your stuff is. Did you knit this in the round?
What a terrific hat! A pom pom would definitely finish it off right.
what a cute hat!! love the picture, too.
Yep, it needs a pom-pom. Very cute!!
Look at how cute you are! That's the Joann stuff, right?
Hey, I think it looks great with or without the pom pom!
Cutie hat! It totally needs a pom pom, especially with those colors ;)
LOVE LOVE LOVE THE HAT! The pix is adorable. Leave it alone, no pom pom necessary.
Amy - cute hat! Maybe it doesn't need a pompom. . . I know this was a long ago project of yours but I have a question (ok - a couple of ?'s) regarding the pinwheel blanket you made. Could you email me at rmcpha(at)gmail(dot)com pretty please?
Love your blog -
Great color choices for your fab little hat! I started one in those exact colors last year (did I finish...Nevermind!)...we do share similar tastes Miss Amy.
Good luck with the final move/moving in! How exciting!
