crazy crafty
i'll be posting pictures in the next couple days of the crazy craftiness that went into the gtbg blogiversary goodies. for those receiving them, i just want to say that even though we are heading into summer, the pink snowman of my blog header made it's way into the theme of my goodies :) i think it has become my blog mascot!
tonight i was checking up on all my favorite blogs, when i ran across the link to knit the classics via stacey at sheep in the city. this couldn't be more perfect for me, although i think i am going to have a busy summer! i think i may be making variation on a frill from the spring knitty. megan over at pensive frog made it. i saw it in person and it is beautiful. i would never have thought to knit it until i saw it in person. but we will see, i have 5 gifts i need to knit in the next month and a half. however, the reading part will probably be easy to squeeze in, i like to read before bed to get all the crafty thoughts out of my head.

Dearest Amy...that handsom hunk of a man is Michael Vartan (also seen in Never been kissed with Drew Barrymore, he was the hottie teacher). He's almost as lushious as Josh Lucas (Sweet Home Alabama, her "ex husband"). :) have a great day!
Oh yes, he is a hottie. Hard to resist a face like that huh? If I had less control over myself I might even be drooling over that picture right now!

Amy! Do you watch Alias?!?! I am freaking devastated! I litterally jumpped off my couch and almost (I said almost) peed my pants when they got hit! He's a bad guy??? No freaking way!!!!!!!!!!! (But I would still do him in a heartbeat!)
Oh my gawd! I almost had a heart attack at the end of the show! How can they do that to us? So, "my name is not Michael Vaughn....blamo!" That's the way that they leave us. That's either the best cliff hanger ever (since who shot JR?) or the worst one, because seriously I screamed! I've heard a vicious rumor that he might not be back for long next season, which would suck big time, but I'm hoping for the best. I love his character, and I can't imagine what the big secret is? Do you know?

yes, yes, i freaked out too!! i was just thinking how boring it was for an alias finale when bam! i screamed. the way they filmed the crash was nutty and i mean him not being vaughn? what? huh? oh no!! i love me some vaughn. i have a great idea though, since jg is prego by the ben in bennifer, let vaughn take the lead for awhile. i certainly wouldn't mind. and jg isn't going to be able to do so much of the action.
now, i also am not sure that vaughn and the darkside wouldn't be a very hot combo :)

I almost jumped out of my chair when he said that and they crashed! I'm glad I didn't try and knit while watching! Cannot wait to see what JJ has in store for next season.
